Argentina won Group A after wins over Canada, Chile and Peru, while Canada is also through from Group A.
Venezuela won Group B and Ecuador also advanced as the runner-up.
Uruguay clinched Group C with a 1-0 win over the USA on Monday and, in the process, bounced the USMNT from the tournament. Instead, Panama will join Uruguay in the knockout stage out of Group C.
Colombia claimed Group D by drawing with Brazil on Tuesday.
The knockout round begins on July 4.
